To celebrate National Aboriginal Day in 2015, the National Film Board of Canada created this collection of six short films that celebrate the lives and traditions of the country's First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities.

Documentaries of indigenous ritual are included alongside films highlighting contemporary environmental concerns. Among them, "Vistas: Crossing the Line" a film exploring the politics of Canada's land and borders, set in a children's sandbox.
